This portal is intended for candidates and authorized Select Health Staff personnel using skill checklist, recruiter, and staffing workflows.

Do not submit information unless it is accurate, complete, and requested for recruitment or credentialing purposes.

Candidate Submissions

By submitting a checklist, candidates certify that their responses are true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Submitted information may be used for candidate evaluation, job matching, compliance review, and recruiting communication.

Portal Availability

Select Health Staff may update, improve, pause, or restrict access to the portal as needed for security, maintenance, or operational requirements.
